- One set of original copies of your digital images as .JPG files to a thumb drive or Hard Drive (Hard Drive and Thumb Drive not included).

Choosing a resolution for print scanning:
Good – 300 dpi / sufficient for reprinting at original print size or smaller
Better – 600 dpi / Excellent resolution for preserving, enlarging and editing
Best – 1200 dpi / Recommended by archivists for museum quality archiving
Choosing a resolution for 35mm slide and negative scanning:
Good – 1250 dpi / sufficient for reprinting at 4×6 size, may have some pixelation on HD screen.
Better – 2500 dpi / Excellent resolution for preserving and editing, can enlarge up to 8×12.
Best – 5000 dpi / Recommended by archivists for museum quality archiving, can enlarge up to 18×24.
